The large hallway leads to the eat-in kitchen complete with appliances, 4 burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, table with 6 chairs, dishes and LED TV; a bright environment in which to have lunch comfortably for 6 people.
The kitchen leads out onto a balcony equipped with table and chairs, motorized awning and comfortable lines for hanging laundry.
2 BEDROOMS: the first with large double bed and large wardrobe, the second with 2 single beds with the possibility to join them to form another double bed and wardrobe with chest of drawers.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
For each guest, upon request, bed linen and towels are provided with weekly change.
The spacious living room consists of a comfortable sofa and a sofa bed, Smart HD TV and dining area.
In the courtyard / garden you will find a large table with 6 chairs for dining and relaxing in the cool of the evening.

CONDITIONS

Stays are intended weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Excluding, April, May, June and September minimum 3 days.
Payment upon arrival, 30% deposit to be paid upon booking.
The price includes the consumption of water, electricity and gas.

Leave the house tidy.
The tourist tax is 1,50 € to person per day, maximum 7 days, (from April 1st to September 30th) sum to be paid locally directly to the owners; minors are exempt from payment until the completion of the 10° year of age and disabled people who are not self-sufficient.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING inside, use the outdoor spaces.

Final payment in cash or bank transfer, POS not available.
